last day hanx bro will be arnd in spore!
tml he's goin to msia to meet del then attend del's brother's wedding
meaning i'm goin to be working most of e time & spend more time wif family [:
woke up in e morning by hanx asking me to faster get rdy to gym
its my 1st time goin to e gym to train up some muscles
so i got rdy then head down to pioneer to meet
kns so kan chiong de bro 4get bring his towel & came late =,=
jitao ali leh ! he so chui wo to faster wake up he is e 1 late!
did alot of chest press & train up my biceps & triceps
at e gym for arnd 4hrs LOL
aft lunch hanx bro meet up his mom to chinatown
& i went down town to slack
evening time went to qiqi hse
qiqi aries tou & ck was there
played mahjong... ahhaha qiqi & aries kana guarded by me ><
aft that watched my 9pm show on ch 8
then cabbed home wif hanx

now i chest shoulder & arms are aching aft gym on tues =,=
hanx bro was rite.... 1st time is liddat & usually e aching effect comes 1 day aft gym =O
now i like growing nehneh liaos...
hopefully i can gain some weight & grow fatter =P
ok off to do my work ^^
